A Guide to Bangkok Airport Bus Lines

Catching a shuttle bus from Suvarnabhumi Airport is one of the cheapest options to reach your destination once landing at BKK Airport. Public buses, express lines, and private shuttle companies provide their services at the main airport in Thailand. Thus, you can catch one of the Bangkok airport buses to get to the city center or various regions in the Greater Bangkok area or even head to the smaller aviation hub in Bangkok, Don Mueang Airport.

Our Tip: Various private bus and shuttle companies operate at BKK Airport (Limo Bus, Roong Reuang Coach, Bor Khor Sor Bus, etc.). Expectantly, public buses are a cheaper alternative, whereas shuttle and bus companies stand out in terms of comfort and convenience.

Bangkok Airport Shuttle Buses to Suvarnabhumi Airport Bus Terminal

Although several bus lines depart from the BKK Main terminal, public airport buses in Bangkok stop at the Suvarnabhumi Airport Bus Terminal (Public Transportation Center). Bangkok Airport Shuttle Bus D departs from the terminal’s second floor (close to Exit 5). On the other hand, the Express Shuttle Bus at Bangkok Airport makes just a few in-between stops, connecting the Public Transportation Center to the Departures and Arrivals of BKK Airport (Fourth Floor-Exit 5/Second Floor Exit 5).
